You know what I'd love to read? Fic about Harry, Ron and Hermione watching the BBC show Merlin and providing us with insightful commentary on it. (Hermione would naturally be appalled by the utter lack of historical accuracy. Harry could relate to Merlin and to the burden of having a Destiny. I can't help but think that the original notion behind the Order of Merlin actually had something to do with epic gay love.

Despite never having seen a single episode of that show, that sounds pretty hilarious.

The show is so bad, and I say it as someone who somehow has managed to muddle through six seasons of Smallville and two of Robin Hood BBC. But the badness is also very entertaining, and there are such perks as Anthony Stewart Head playing Uther Pendragon. Also, Merlin and Arthur are so incredibly gay for each other that one almost forgets about the embarrassingly awful writing, directing and acting.
