LOL nooo I was talking about Samandean in TUDOR TIMES, saving people hunting things meeting Shakespeare. But, wtfever. ANY ALTERNATE TIMEZONE IS A GOOD ONE.

I APPROVE SO HEARTILY OF THIS SHIT.

Also, I was never any good at iambic pentameter :( By the time I'd actually been taught what it was, it was just TOO LATE FOR ME.

(I can't linger over the second due to exposed nature of computer in this house and small child who is good at reading...)

But the first! I adore it so. Short and sweet. We all know that Adi Doesn't Get Poetry, but I still know when I like it. Just less clear on why. Still...

"- Star burst hot bright in eyes gold brown and dark
Sam knew the next as tinder does the spark..."
I pull that because I'm closest to knowing why I like it; the first line is such a rapid-fire cluster of descriptions and they all compliment each other so well. It's a language-gasm. And the second because "as tinder does the spark" is just so fascinating and perfect. I adore that metaphor beyond all reason.

And, while I admit that Sam/Dean stlil freaks me out, I do remember that the second-one-I-can't-look-at-now was my favorite just for its intensity. Utterly captivating.
