Interesting~ I remember I had a moment when I started searching for European short stories (preferably with gay themes) because I really liked European languages XD

And now you've also reminded of my Nordic countries craze back when I still watched Hetalia...

There are movies and short movies that dare to thread in places even mainstream gay movies wouldn't nowadays, and made it look the most natural thing in the world. Whenever I watch them I feel how much progress the world must still make to be considered an advanced civilization. Some Northern countries in Europe, those as far from the Vatican as they can be while still being in Europe, seemed to be the most forward-thinking.
