Since I already know I misspelled (sorry!) my giftee's name, can I just resubmit with the corrected spelling? I'm not sure how soon after going live I'll be able to get to it to make a correction.

You've actually got your giftee's name in the subject line - even though it's spelled wrong, they'll be able to know who it's for. Just make the correction when you can.
