frames

The days have frames around them in a big way.

I read this book called How to Stop Worrying and Start Living, and the first thing it tells you to do is live in day-tight compartments. you know, like the watertight sections of a ship that can seal off if the hull(right?) is breached(?) ..and I thought, are you f'n crazy, how the hell do you do that ( Read more... )

The faux-experiences you get while reading a really good story, I think, are not sensory, though they do require the memory of sensation.

But you can't think, dream, or imagine when you're dead any more than you can see a really awesome color of red on a building somewhere, so I think you're still better off alive.

Thoughts often involve the thought of sensory experiences lol.

I realised when I read this, I've been living each day at a time since I let my ex go, and started living. I don't seem to make plans WITH or FOR anyone anymore. Because of that, I often get a nice surprise.

That's really awesome. I'm so glad you made such a good decision for yourself. breaking up sucks and is never easy, but sometimes it's got to be done.
