A2z hasn't, but chrisleeoctaves has: Past Imperfect. I prefer Chris's non AU stories more, though this is a fun read.
My favorite B/A all human AU is alleynyc's fic Road To Nowhere. I think quite a few of the things the Angel character in that fic goes through are things that I love about Angel in the series. It's not my favorite story for the portrayal of Spike, though.
My favorite B/A AU of all time, however, isn't all human, but rather one of those kinda alternate realities in which Buffy's still a Slayer and Angel a vamp, but everything else is different: Domestication, by indie. This is the kind of crack you call crack because you can't stop reading it and want it injected into you with a needle. Or at least I did when I read it--it was when I was first getting into B/A. But from what I remember of it I highly recommend it to anyone looking for compulsively readable B/A AU
