I believe that's a perfectly natural reaction for your body to have. Any lack of movement of the muscles will make them ache.

I've decided you can only get old in your mind. Pops says, he may look old, but he's still thinks like a twenty-year old, so he's not old yet. I wasn't exactly sure what he meant by that though.
