I can tell you now that questions starting 'would it be eligible if I...' are likely to meet the answer yes. This is about enabling and encouraging fannish creation above all. But ask if you need reassurance.

1) J2 in spaaaace - I want to explore the hooker!Jared, captain!Jensen ficlet I wrote and turn it into a longer piece, probably a series of episodes. I don't write long, as a rule, and I want to challenge myself to sustain those characters for something larger - certainly 5k but ideally over 10k. It can't be a big bang as one part is already posted, so this is my space to explore it.

2) Buffyverse: a continuation or contribution to one of my verses. I would *love* to write another episode or two for Green Card season 7, but I've been so blocked for that I don't want to commit absolutely. It may be another Rulesverse thing; my SOG this year which got stuck is something that could fit the Rulesverse. The challenge here is to go back to worlds I've created in the past and make them live again in my brain.
