We have the same thing at our work too! The majority of us in the store have thought we've seen someone out the back of our store, but when we go out there, there is no one there. People in the shops around us have also said that they have thought they've seen people walk around their shops, and there is no one there.

The weird thing is that no one at our store has ever seen anything weird. We just keep hearing things. Our two neighboring stores have seen a little girl.

I didn't until last week. The only thing I've heard is a little girl laughing. We also have an alley behind our store, so it can be explained.

Sounds spooky but least the ghosts are courteous enough to stay in the back room and not chase away potential customers :)

I never did until last week. My managers have been hearing things for a few years. I've been there two years and just heard a little girl laughing last week. We have an alley behind us, so it's explainable, but who knows?

Sounds pretty creepy, but interesting at the same time. It would be fun to know if there was some kind of story related to the place explaining the presence of ghosts.

According to our security guard, he said it's a little girl that died in the 50s. Those that have seen her said she's dressed from that era. He said that our shopping center shows up on lists online for haunted places in CA. I'll have to look for t now.

This is really interesting! I wonder why the little girl has stayed attached to the mall and never moved on...

Maybe it used to be houses? I have no idea. I'll have to research the area and see what it used to be.
