Aw, no, bb, you didn't fail! They're minor things that'll be easily fixed with some tweaks in shading. Sometimes it's just hard to see the tiny little mistakes in your own drawings, especially realism, and especially when you've been staring at/working on it forever. After you finish something initially and you aren't satisfied with it, it helps to just walk away for a few hours, even a day or two, to clear your mind; that makes it easier to spot any flaws or spots you want to improve/change when you come back to it.
