You're like me, stuff just 'oozes' into your subconcious, I remember commercials too, and tunes, usually I can tell what a song is in the first 3 bars!

Lightening scares my Sister too so you're not on your own.

It's funny actually. I'd be sitting playing on the carpet as a kid, and the news would be on the tv. Mom wouldn't think anything of it - I was occupied, after all. Later on I'd ask a question about whatever was on the news that had me confused.

My nephew does that. He appears to be totally absorbed in the TV, but he hears what's going on around him. My mom had been talking about animals around town or something.. bears, I can't remember, and then she said "Ya that's like the cougars we had here" (We had some cougars running around our city for a bit.) My nephew had suddenly looked at the window and shrunk down in the chair. Mom said "what's wrong?" and he said something about there being cougars outside. Poor kid was so scared.

It's funny what you absorb when you're not really thinking about it.

Ok, these are WAY cool facts, you're so lucky, I get good 'reads' off of people, i.e. I've never (to my knowledge judged someone wrong, sometimes I'll dislike someone before even meeting them, it's always turned out I was right. But knowing how they're feeling is awesome, I'd love to know that about my friends and family, you must be the go to guy when it comes to talking stuff through!

- Did we go over the whole me missing 1/3 of my left lung? I can't remember.

- I could eat Mexican food every day.

- I like movies, but I don't like watching movies. Just the idea of sitting down somewhere for nearly 2 hours always turns me off. :oS

Mmmm, Mexican, I always feel like we get the short straw here, I've never been to a decent mexican in England. :-(

See, I could watch GOOD Movies all day, bad movies, I have a very low tolerance for.

Yeah, I don't like bad movies, either. And I'm a movie snob. I think a lot of movies are bad. Russ likes ALL movies!

The lung thing is 'cause it collapsed for no reason when I was 18 and they couldn't get it to blow back up so they just took out the uncooperative part. I haven't had a problem since, and they still don't know why it collapsted to begin with. Pretty weird.

If you ever come here, we will SOOO go get some great Mexican food. :oD

Wow, three things you don't know about me.. that couldn't be found in my LJ, most like...

1. I went through a period when I was little where I was obsessed with 'the little mermaid' and thought I was a mermaid, every time we'd go to the beach, I'd sit on a rock and sing the songs *starts feeling like a moron* and one time, a fish jumped when I sang... Totally freaked me out.

2. Sometimes I confuse my memories from my childhood with dreams, often retell them to my mom and she tells me, "That trip actually happened." I don't know, I guess it's weird for me to think I was ever that happy/innocent *snort*

3. I love thunderstorms, rain storms and every time a hurricane passes by, I'm the only idiot that doesn't mind it... until they take the water and power >.> And even then, give me a book or a deck of cards, and I'm good.

LOL You're telling me? I was the one who freaked out! I mean, what kind of fish jumps out of the water when you sing? I honestly thought I was in a Freaky version of... Mini Jaws in this case, not that it was a shark, but still *snorts* Ah, childhood memories, FUN.

I do that too, only I make my own dreams, when I can't sleep I picture my life in the future and make stories for myself which I then dream about!
