That must've been really scary for you hun. It could be something that happens every now and then, like sometimes I see spots etc. But if it isn't it probably is just needing a stronger prescription.

it sounds like migrane to me. My sister and me have that too, we get a migrane that starts with a disappearing visual field, exactly like yours. we see part of the visual field in a bright light. And then this aweful headache sets in, like our head wants to explode.

I love the way you talk about your heads as a collective, "our head wants to explode" you're so lucky to be so close to each other.
