I got in to the NYU in Paris program, and they offered me an RA job with flight paid, stipend, and living quarters; just had to pay tuition. If you're application is awesome, you may be able to get a deal like that.

Addendum: Not trying to brag about my application up there. I got into a program that gave me priority status and basically helped me right a kick-ass admissions essay. I owe it all to the IRT program.
