It's seriously amazing that you draw these in like a scribble program and they still come out so freaking amazing. Your skills are deliciously lovely.

I LOVE the one of Curly and Eugene dancing!

(And I think I've been reading too much S, HWC- I want to shorten everyone's names now! Like, I've almost called you Lyss a few times [why is your name so long?! D:] and I was going to call them Curly and 'Gene! I'm terrible! D:)

You totes need a nickname.

I love Phoebe so much. :D

And I read the Manifesto, it was tasty fierce. SO GOOD. You guys did a great job on it.

The scribble site is actually super awesome and useful. It comes with LAYERS and that's basically the best thing ever for me. That way if I fuck up on one layer I can just draw over top of it ( ... )

Ooo, that's super cool.

REALLY? LOL. I've only been called Joshy my brother, and that was like, once. Of course you can call me Joshy! XD

YES! I like calling you Lyss! It's so much shorter.

Your dad's nicknames are made of awesome.

Right? I hate having to type out Eugene. xD

I've always loved her. ;___;

It's amazing! posionivory did a really good job on it.

Hee, you're actually in my phone as Joshy-sims, because I'm silly like that. I like that I'm actually making your name longer, but Joshy is so much fun to say!

I love nicknames and have always wanted one that would stick, but so far I don't really have one. I have been referred to by my last name by teachers a lot. This one English teacher I had (who I was absolutely in love with, because he was such a dweeb and was all poet-like, which I loved to poke fun at and IDK he was dreamy) called me by my last name and I loved it. Some people find it really rude, but I've always associated last names with love in a way because I always called Andrew Jones (my first ever real love!) by his last name and still do. Jones.

Um, that got really off-topic really fast. In any case, GIVE ME NICKNAMES I LOVE THEM.

She uses super bright, fun colors and mine are all dulled out.
Aw, no, yours are colors that are actually found in nature. My brain just works in Technicolor. ALL FULL SATURATION, ALL THE TIME!

Mebbes I will write a little dialogue snippet, iffen you want to illustrate it...

Hee, I love your colors. It's the same way in my painting class. I have a very dull sort of color range when I paint. Lots of brown/green/dull blue. I get super jealous when people make pretty, bright paintings, because I CAN'T.

I'd love to! Seriously, throw anything you want at me - I really wanna give the whole comic thing when the writer is not me a shot.

See, I can't bring shadow into my colors without making them totally fug, which is why everything I draw takes place outdoors at high noon on the equator, apparently.

Okay! What should I write about? *ponders*

XD

I kind of suck at shading, but I am trying to play around with it more and I attempt to use funky colors from time to time.

A scene with Helga and Phoebe? I started drawing a bit of the two of them earlier, but realized that I didn't actually have a plot or story or anything. Let me scan it in - maybe it will ~inspire~ you. XD

YAY epic bromance!

Aww I love looking at these but I'm so bad at saying anything about it :( ANYWAY I like your pictures, even with the wobbliness. I'm always amazed by how you can still tell it's HELGA even though it's drawn by you on the internet and things.

The world needs more epic bromance.

Hee, just knowing that you're looking and liking them is enough. :D

I'm glad that Helga still looks like Helga in spite of how I am totally not going on references at all and basically I've thrown the HA! style out the window (kind of).

Great drawings. I love the one with the boys on thew park bench, and it's nice to see Nor and her boys again too.
