I loved that story, but I'm not sure whether you should post it or not. Maybe you could DRAW the pictures for it instead of using the game? :P That would probably take waaaaay too long.
(Also I love your canon for Pleasantview. Plz talk about it more!)
Heh, Little Ripp. (I don't know why but I cannot wait for Mysterious Babby. We should give it a 'name' that means something like ~Mystery~).
The babby's name is Salix, from the genus for willows. It's Phi's way of honouring her mother, and I intend to use it for either a male or female baby. It can be Sal or Sally for short. (Hehee - maybe even a boy could be called Sally by Ripp. I'm sure Tank would find that very amusing. :P)
Now... *waves hands to hypnotize you* you will forget I even said this, right?
OMG I love your Phi so much! <3 I am dead serious... the main reason I'm so excited for TS3 is so I can remake all of my favorite TS2 characters and make their bodies look how I've always pictured them instead of them all having the same form. I think the first one I will make will be Phi. I can't wait! :D
I think I will. I'll just be sure to tell people that it doesn't have pictures. :3
I'm super excited to see you remake them. It'll be really cool to see some of them looking like I imagine they should. Or even to see the variations you put on them that differ from how I see them. :D
I don't see any reason not to post a text-only sims story. I've seen other examples out there, and I've even read some of them. Just say it's text-only in your post and people can decide for themselves.
Or maybe I could do photos for it, based on thumbnails you give me? After all the drawings you've made for me, I would gladly do that.
I also really like your take on Pleasantview. It's dark and interesting and plays around with the story in a unique way. I'm pretty fond of the idea of a foreign Kaylynn. I'd never considered it, but it really works.
Snarky Ripp is so perfect. <3 Again I will say how much I love how you butch him up. He is really "pretty" in some ways, so I can see why people always seem to make him more femme, but he also has those really manly features (which become more obvious if he has a daughter - yikes!). I just can't picture any of the Grunts as being delicate little things either. They have been bred for bulk
( ... )
Thank you, poodle. I think I will do it. Now I just have to decide where to advertise it at... *ponders*
I know I've said this before, possibly in a comment up above, but Phi is SO COMFORTING to draw. IDK, she just has an odd sort of presence that is really soothing. It's the curves and the softness and just so much femininity that I LOVE.
Eeek, I am rereading it as I type. But, really the reason it took me this long is because I have little to say besides: "YES THIS IS EXACTLY ALL OF MY THOUGHTS ON H/A YES FOREVER." So ummmmmm, yeah. Really, you do a bang up job of being coherent and touching on everything (and more) that I could ever think of. The only thing that I wasn't sure about was San Lorenzo and if it's supposed to be fictional or directly based on a real place.
I know that is probably lousy beta-ing, but really it read perfect to me and looking over it again I still don't see anything majorly out of sorts with it.
Yay! I really just wanted to make sure that it wasn't deranged and that there wasn't something major I was forgetting, like "GOD JESS HOW COULD YOU FORGET THE EPISODE WHERE THEY ACT OUT WEST SIDE STORY IT IS A CLASSIC."
There are multiple real cities of San Lorenzo, but no real country.
No, you did awesome and nailed basically everything of really great importance and made it all fit together nicely and I LOVED IT SO MUCH AND I CAN'T WAIT TO READ IT AGAIN ALL FINISHED AND SHINY!
I'll probably be in iScribble tonight if you wanna play around with your tablet at all.

Tank would totally try to man up the name if it were a boy. Give him a manly nickname like 'Woody' or 'Bark'.
