I just found out that Suikoden VI is in production! :DDDDD ...after reading an article dated October 2006. I'm so behind, lol. I haven't been able to finish SuikoV yet! ^^; I have a feeling that it'll be for the PS3, and I'm not exactly keen on spending for a new console, especially since I hardly use the PS2

Sorry Les, I don't have your/a copy of Suikoden. I only have Suikoden III for the PS2. Which I never tried, was always more of an FF fan.

I've never played FF! (unless you count those 5 minutes of FF9 play time before I stopped and then lost the disc somewhere around the house XD) It just.. doesn't have the same magic for me like Suikoden does. ^^; Are all the FF games set in the same world?

It's actually been ages since I've touched my PS2; I don't really have the time to play computer games anymore, much less RPG's, especially since I used to be the OC kind of gamer who likes to finish all the sub-quests and max out characters' stats and equipment. FFX must've been the worst of them all -- I was playing 110 hours, and there were still had a LOT of sub-quests to finish =p

FF games are set in different worlds, BTW, unless you count the releases with sequels like FFVII/FFVII: Advent Children, and FFX/FFX-2. There are recurring names of places in the series, though.

Anyway, if you want to borrow Suikoden III, just tell me. My discs are literally just gathering dust in my closet.

*cough* Art drawn by vomit... Hahaha! PRICELESS! XD Anyway me and my brother only finished SIII. O-o and we only had a small idea about SI and II(we don't have a psone). x) We still played it anyway. HAHAHA, Suikoden III was like when pa? 2002? We were thinking of getting V but then I strangely didn't want to skip IV... Haha para hindi butas. But I couldn't find a IV so... *ladeeda*

Go for FF! :D Especially twelve! I just finished it and there's one thing I have to say: I like brownies.

Yeah, 2002! XD IV isn't very good, but ironically it was the best selling installment. It feels like an extended side quest with lots of mini side quests attached to it. :\ Character design and graphics improved, but the story was too linear and didn't give any room for major decisions to change the course of the story, unlike II. V is a lot nicer though!

FF.. tinatamad na ako, haha. And I started my gaming days with Suikoden, so I guess that makes me more loyal to it. ^^;
