I'm so glad I wasn't the only person on the planet to not like this movie. I had a friend who saw it a half a dozen times, and all I could think of was "it's Disney's Pocahontas in Space!" The "Space" part made it "relevant" and stuff.

Blah blah blah. I was bored with a White Dude coming and showing the locals BETTER ways to fight the BAD GUYS. And the stereotypical (southern?) military leader. Boring.

Oh yeah! I forgot to mention Pocohontas! But yes, I definitely thought of it when what's-his-face is taken to the tree home for the first time.

Yes, stereotype after stereotype. I think visually, the movie was pretty cool...but that wasn't enough to hold my interest. :)
