knee update

So good news on the knee front :)  The MRI showed no tearing, but instead I seem to have sprained both my MCL and ACL and possibly the knee cap cartilage is also inflamed, so at this point its just gonna be trying to find a balance between exercise and strengthening and giving it time to heal

Phew! Yay! So .. waltzes not too much contra? *laugh!*

Dad's not coming, so this weekend is now going up Mansfield probably (with M-i-Law, so by car) for crowded but lovely leafpeeping, and garden-putting-to-bedness... and wood stacking.
