I make polls! This is a Thanksgiving day poll cause yeah, I'm totally looking forward to the food. So, what do you eat at your Thanksgiving?

Poll Thanksgiving

BTW, it's totally snowing here! Woo hoo!

Also, mac and cheese, rice dressing, and pecan pie. I love my grandma's pecan pie. If I'm lucky, there'll be coconut cake, but no one else really eats it, so there probably won't be any.... :/

I can't believe it's already time for Thanksgiving!

Oh, and it's like 70 degrees here now, so you kind of suck. :p

Mac & Cheese must be a popular Thanksgiving food, another person mentioned that they ate it on Thanksgiving. That's not something I've ever done with my family but it sounds like a yummy addition to the table.

I'm not a fan of pecans so no pecan pie for me, but a coconut cake (another thing I've never tried) sounds DELICIOUS!

If you like really sweet things, coconut cake is wonderful! I really like it, but I think some people are bothered by the texture of the coconut.

There IS a Boston Market up the road... :P

Heh. I'm craving turkey so bad, but I don't want to have any until Thursday or else it will dilute the specialness :)

Mmm... What a yummy poll!

I started a tradition 2 years ago of making Thanksgiving dinner for myself and I love it. I'm having the usual fixings (turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole and rolls), but all made in smaller portions. I haven't decided if I'm making a pie (I'd really like to try and make a pumpkin pie) or just going to pick up dessert at the store.

I love the food at Thanksgiving, but my favorite part of the holiday is the 4 day weekend. :D

Oh how fun! That's a great tradition. Then you can have the yummy food. Making a pumpkin pie is not that hard btw. There are some really simple but tasty recipes out there.

And woo hoo for the 4 day weekend. I cannot wait!!

Well, we have green beans, but they're nothing special. Just...green beans. ^__^

Also, I don't eat the cranberry sauce, but we usually have it. At my Gram's, that is. When we have Thanksgiving at my Gramma's house it's usually lasagna and salad and bread. Lol. We decided many years ago that we didn't want more Tday food -- we had enough leftovers as it was! :) It's a fun tradition.

P.S. I am totally jealous of the snow!

I don't eat the cranberry sauce either. I like cranberries but not as a sauce like substance. Your grandma's thanksgiving sounds fun too. I would want the same thing, a different mix of foods I mean.

Alas, it's now just rain.

I love cranberries, craisins, cranberry juice...Just not cranberry sauce. ^__^

Aw, that's sad. :( I hope it snows at least a little bit when I'm home in December. I'd even settle for just some flurries! I also really want an icon of Lorelai in the snow like you have.

I got the Thirteenth Tale as an audio CD this summer on my road trip but I never got around to listening to it. I guess I should make the effort, huh?
