I'm done with class until SEPTEMBER!!! I'm not sure the exact date I start back, but it's after Labor Day. I can't even begin to explain how excited I am for this one month of rest. How cool, you're coming here to OKC! The bombing memorial is very pretty and peaceful.

You will have a blast at the Grand Caynon and Yellowstone. I really loved Wyoming when I was there about 10 years ago. I want to go back so bad! Will you visit Grand Teton National Park also? It's absolutely gorgeous.

We are going through Grand Teton National Park too! I've heard a lot of good things about it so I'm glad you concur. :) I'm also going through the painted desert.

ooh have fun on your trip, dear! Yellowstone is really pretty, Devil's Tower is random and cool, and I haven't been to those other places. I really wanted to get to the Grand Canyon when I lived in Utah but there was no time. I wish i had spent more time travelling, but as I had no money and worked many a weekend it wasn't to be.

and LOL @ Wall Drug! We drove the whole way west-east through South Dakota on I-90 (when I moved back from Utah) and saw about 29089807345 signs for WALL DRUG! They all had crazy stuff on them too, like cowboys and dinosaurs and who even knows what else.. I wanted to stop soooo badly, and we probably would have to just check it out, but that day was already scheduled to be like a 12 hour drive, then my brother-in-law's truck broke down so we spent 3 hrs at some random place getting it fixed and just had to drive like maniacs to make it as far as we did that night.

phew, too much info, I'm sure. Hope your trip is lots of fun and relaxing and informative. Take tons of pics for us!! :)

Wall drug is definitely a fun place! It's one of those few rare treasures in South Dakota, a state I think is on the whole pretty darn boring. Maybe someday you'll make it there!

I can't wait to visit Yellowstone. The geyers sound awesome and I hope to see some neat wildlife.

Not a problem. It goes through September too, most of the month I think.
