A book near and dear to my heart

I've recently discovered a 560 page book I have to get my hands on. It's called: The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

The plot:

I have heard good things about The Book Theif - the hold list at my library is like a million people long though, so I haven't read it yet. Let me know how it is once you get your hands on it!

Wow, that book sounds very cool. Like I need *another* book to add to my to-read list. But I've always been drawn to stories that take place during that time period, too.

*sigh* I need to add that book to my Amazon wishlist now. You're an enabler, I want you to know that, lol. People talking about good books = weakness.

I'm really bad about buying books vs. checking them out at the library. My library is about 30 min. from me, and I just love my book collection growing because I know I'll eventually reread them. But I'm broke!
