I think bin Laden's son just put it so poignantly: that Bush basically played into his father's hands and done exactly what bin Laden wanted to happen!! I mean, we all know that Bush was an idiot but in that article he is basically depicted as the guy who let bin Laden have victory, essentially. And to think how many lives in both Afghanistan and Iraq have so far been lost because of that...

I'm not sure what would happen if they got him. On the one hand I think if you cut the head off then the rest will fall apart because they won't have leadership, they won't be as organized, they won't know what to do with themselves at first. On the other hand, as bin Laden's son says, they might scatter everywhere and, perhaps out of "panic", start random attacks and spread all over the world.

Scary thought. Though, personally, I don't expect that he will ever be caught. I think he will probably die somewhere in some mountain cave and the world won't find out until years later.
