I have been told by a chinese herbalist/massage person who is around the corner from my place that Yoga is the thing for me too. Although, probably not on video in the privacy of your home :P
I've just had a horrible thought, your going to have a live web cam and charge subscription fees for people to watch you doing Yoga in the privacy of your own home arn't you?
Do you have any anti-migraine meds that work for you? If not, I recommend asking your dr about them. My migraines, when un-treated, got slowly worse and worse over the years until they became distressingly frequent, and disablingly intense. I recall one month where I spent over half of it in the throes of migraines. Never again!
I find that it helps me hugely if I'm on a migraine preventative (something one takes daily, whether or not one has a migraine at the time) which dramatically reduces the frequency of them; and also have a migraine abortive (something one takes right at the beginning of an attack) for those times that they happen anyway, that helps either stop the migraine in its tracks or at the very least reduces its intensity hugely.
