On the 1st December will be 6 years since I moved to Melbourne from Adelaide. I still miss all my friends in Adelaide muchly.

And we miss you terribly. I think you should quit your job in Melbum and come work back over here in Adelaide. *noddles*

In that case, we should encourage the councils in both Adelaide and Melbourne to accelerate the rate of urban sprawl, so that both cities become joined as one gigantic megalopolis (Melbelaide? Adelourne?)

Then we will technically all be in the same city, and there will be no excuses for not popping 'round for scones and tea twice a week.

Well, he'll be able to use the excuse 'argh, my gaming group has me tied up in the basement and they only let me out when it's time to game'

Other than that, you're right!

Wow! 6 years??!!

*plots a nefarious abduction with much giggling from behind shrubs and sudden unexpected odours of chloroform*

The 6th anniversary is universally recognised as the 'Ferret Anniversary'. All the friends you left behind get to throw enraged ferrets at you. For every ferret you can't pry off without a crowbar, you must spend one week in Adelaide.

And Congrats on 10 years of living in sin. Sin is fun. I like living there. We just passed 8 years of it here, so watch out coz we're catching up!

Hope you had a lovely dinner, and much hugs to you both!
