Finally is all I have to say! A month ago I was desperately searching for tickets for the Kings' Draft Party... I did succeed, but since that day I've been hanging you off the cliff. Now the the entry has finally come

Cammy looks like he should be an actor. So pretty. :)

I got to check out Esposito at rookie camp a few weeks ago. I honestly hadn't paid attention to any of the draft choices so I knew nothing about him. After the draft I had heard he gets lazy and doesn't fight for the puck. I didn't see that at all at camp. He really impressed me. Hopefully he knows he has a shot at the NHL and won't the laziness get to him.

Yes, Cammy is such a pretty boy. He's always in the Hollywood area, so why not become an actor or perhaps a model? ;)

Hopefully Espo snaps out of his laziness and proves to be a solid player. I wish him all the best though. :)

I wished they could've shown all of the draft, not just partial at draft parties. Then again, there may be some people who wouldn't give a damn for the rest of the draft picks while there are others who would've love to see the rest of the draft. Ah well. I'm glad I DVRed it. :)

Granted, I haven't seen him in a long while, but Barry Melrose without a mullet is such a strange sight. That aside, I'm happy you were able to find tickets to the draft party, especially being able to see Cammalleri again and even better yet Jack Johnson!

Speaking of Kings' prospects, albeit traded awhile back, it's sad to hear about Jared Aulin's struggles to get back to the NHL level and talking about giving up hockey after a vicious slash to the neck. He was once such a highly regarded prospect and seemingly nice guy so it'd be a shame for him to end his career on such a note.

Awww thank you. It was hard and stressful, especially when I was going through some tough times, and I needed something to keep my head up. I guess it was meant to be since this may very well be the last time I meet Cammy. Who knows where he'll be next w/ all the arbitration going on.

Melrose on the other hand, he looks so much better w/ the mullet, eventhough I've seen his early pix of him in the 70's w/ long-ish hair.

I read what had happend to Jared. Poor guy. :(
That really sucks that his career had to end on a terrible note. I do wish him a well and speedy recovery and best wishes on his future.

I know in the past, they Kings daft parties weren't so hyped up. I guess this year it was, and a few players make a guest appearance. I hope next year they can pull something off like this. :D
