Bob Miller is to the Kings like Chick Hern is to the Lakers, Vin Scully is to the Dodgers, or whoever is your super famous t.v. announcer to your respective teams. Bob Miller is a ( Read more... )

Excellent pictures as always. I hope the Pens don't move out of Pittsburgh, but we'll see what happens.

Take care and enjoy the holidays!

Thank you x3.

I'll be sad if the Pens move out of Pittsburgh although I have family in Kansas City. We'll see...

aw bob miller! i grew up on dino sisto & pierre mcguire and neither of them are with CJAD anymore :|

I love my Kings boys, but I've gone to so many practices that I'm kinda getting sick and tired of going
lmao i know that feeling. except it hasn't yet happened...i love watching drills too much. it's going to the garage that i've cut down on tremendously this year. & with it getting colder and colder i don't see myself going back for another long while.

i miss the flames. i wish it hadn't rained that one day they were here so they would have walked instead of taking the bus :|

cammilicious razr! ooer.

Luckily in Cali the weather is warm. I remember Craig Conroy telling me that when he played for the Flames, it was extremely cold there and the players would try to rush home as quickly as possible. As much as I like winter, I can't stand the cold and I'd shiver if I was in any of the cooler places.

I said to myself that I'll wait until the Kings get new players before I go to another practice. :P

Aw that's awesome you got to meet Bob Miller. That'd be like me meeting Mike Lange here in Pittsburgh. I love that man!

Awesome pictures, as usual. Very pretty boys. :)

Haha I love how you're rubbing the jersey on your face! :D

Thank you x3. This is as close I'll ever get to a used Cammy jersey since it cost $1,200. Unless I win the lottery, there's no way I'll buy it.

Bob Miller is hella awesome. Not only is he an excellent commentator, but he's uber friendly as well. :)

I'd probably feel like a weirdo going to a practice by myself.. But then again there are a lot of things I feel weird doing by myself.
Maybe if you stop going for a while and then go it'll all be brand new and you'll see how much you missed it.

Good points! It seems like every month this year I've gone to at least 1-2. I don't think I'll go this month since the Kings boys will be on the road. This sounds mean, but I'll wait until the Kings have new players, although I have yet to meet Kevin Dallman, Alyn McCauley & Marty Murray.

Don't feel weird going to practices. Their practices are always open, and the players don't bite. Although some are in a rush, they don't mind stopping for an autograph. The worse they can do is politely tell you that they have to go (especially they have an appointment to catch or something like that).

If you still feel uncomfortable going to practices, you can start out w/ players events such as Tip A King or any players appearances. Tip A King is a bit pricy but worth going while players appearances will usually have a player or 2. Those can be an ice breaker, but practices are the easiest to meet players.

I hope this helps and good luck! ;)

Ok, then I blame your going to their practice on their horrible performance tonight.

I went to Bob Miller's signing last week in Sherman Oaks, but it was mainly to get a gift for my friend. I had him sign a book for myself while I was at it :)

LOL

Normally I've been giving them good luck almost each time I go. Then again I went on Monday instead of Friday.

I almost went to the Sherman Oaks signing, but I slept in and was afraid that all the vouchers were sold out. I later found out that not too many people showed up. I could be wrong.
