I'm following World Junior's a little more than I was last year, and finding that I enjoy it lots. Wish I could watch it, but hey, that's the what you pay for having shitty cable.
I'm really hoping for a hat trick, 'cause this is the last game I can go to for a while. I'll be happy any day anyone on the Pens can score three goals, though.
This year's World Junior's was by far the World Juniors I followed the most. I even followed it more than the 2000 & 2001 WJC. It's all thanx to NHL Center Ice, online radio stream, broadband and of course online coverage. I really wished they could've had lots of behind the scene pix, just like past WJCs. Ah well... The more I miss the WJCs...
It's great to hear that you're trying to network with someone in the graphic design field.
The Justin Pogge is proof that one can overcome adversity through determination and hard work. He deserves to be where he is.
It's interesting to see a little bit of Luc's back. Luc, Luc, Luc...I'm helping you not to accidentally write out his nickname if you decide to e-mail him.
As for Justin Pogge, the more I admire him for what he has done to achieve his goals and dream of becoming a hockey player. Did you know that he did so much more to his mom. While he was still in his mommy's tummy, his mom contemplated suicide, but one little kick from the baby fetus (Justin) made his mom realize that suicide would not save anything. The more I < 333 him and consider him as a hero. :D

P.S.
I tried e-mailing him, but the site where they'd send e-mails to the players never worked. :( Ah well...
I haven't been able to watch any of the under 20 hockey. Where is it being shown?
Also, I couldn't comment on your other post, but I HATE that when people on AIM wander off mid conversation. SO RUDE. You wouldn't do that in real life so why is it ok online???
The Under 20 was only shown if you had NHL Center Ice. They only showed Team USA games for the most part, but they blacked out the medal games, unless you had Direct TV. :/
And I had comments disabled b/c I didn't want anyone commenting. I'm really glad to hear that someone can agree with me. It pisses me off to no end when someone wanders off in a middle of an AIM convo. At least you could've excused yourself instead of wandering off. That's why I hate going on AIM...
[Psst. Sorry if I'm late getting back at ya. I've been laggin when it comes to getting back to comments. So don't be surprise if you get a bunch of comments from past entries. It's my fault for lagging, not LJ for comment delays. :P]
