I'd love to go to a Pens practice, but I don't even know if they're open to the public...I should find out.

You should definetly call the place where the Pens have their practices. Hopefully it's open to the public. Fortunately the Kings' practice is open because not all teams have open practices or some may only be open to season ticket holder. It's worth a try. Anyways, good luck! :D
