[+] I have to say, jury duty was *draining*. Much more so than I thought it would be. I'm VERY glad that's over with, until 2018...

I agree on all fronts with what you had to say about Reign, though the new normal in this show seems to be no one is ever happy and love is just thrown around.

Lola and Francis should just get it over with already, I don't like either of them, they bore me and it's clear she has never really been Mary's lady. Francis and Lola belong together ick

I hope Conde is not going to hurt Mary, but how could they really be together anyway.

and in a perfect world we would get our Bash/Mary which out of everyone shes been with he is the perfect match and watching them together was always great

<3 Greer I want things to be better for her and I would think since castleroy is in prison for life that she can do what she wants

This show really would have been so much more interesting if Francis and Mary were not designed as the central, endgame couple. And I never understood the attitude that just because they were really married, they had to be the 'romance'. That seems like an oddly conservative angle for a CW show.

I just find it odd how in the very first episode Mary and Bash meet and talk and hit it off well and then every episode after that they have scenes together and then after they decided to rip them apart we got what like 2 episodes with them together after the consummation one? and ever since then the writers made it like the two have never ever met its just so weird to do that

I don't know everything about what happened behind the scenes, but it's all very confusing. Apparently, one of the head writers was fired in late s1, and this writer was a big supporter of Bash/Mary. At some other point, after 1.13, Laurie McCarthy said that she always intended to have Francis and Mary married very early, to explore that relationship through marriage which just seemed like a very odd choice. Reign and TheCW's target demographic is teenaged females, and what is relatable about a forced marriage between teenagers to today's modern girl?

I've whined and wailed so many times about the way the show has been framed and set up, but it seriously makes NO sense.

I was never a huge fan of Noah's either, but he didn't need to die the way that he did. That was just really upsetting for me to watch and really gross too (and it takes a lot to freak me out like that). And Glenn's reaction during the whole thing made it a million times worse.

Gabriel is so shady. I knew he was up to something.

Also, I do not see the whole Rick and Carol going after Pete thing ending well at all. I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop...

With the TWD execs already in hot water for the way people of color have been treated (especially this year), I just don't understand why it had to be so *gruesome*. (It didn't even feel necessary to Glenn's arc.)

Like, he needs to be written out, fine. Killed by walkers, fine, that's this world, that's how it works. But we have never seen an exploding face like that, it doesn't even make sense.
