Don't Let Me Go

[+] I am barely awake but this might be my only time to make an entry, and tv has given me lots of feelings this week. I don't know how organized I'm going to be.

[+] I haven't yet seen The Flash, The Vampire Diaries or Reign. So that is my opinion there!

[+] ( The Originals 2.13: The Devil Is Damned )

SO HAPPY. And I had more thoughts, about how all of the Malcolm and Roy of it all related and Oliver still trying to be the boss, but he mostly resolved it by the end of the episode. I might expand later.

Basically with Nick and Jess, I know that they can't (nor would I want them to) Ross&Rachel back and forth for the rest of the series, but I am just completely uninvested in any other love interest for them. (Though I would love it if Dermot Mulrooney came back.)

Daniel Sharman! That's his name!

so i rely on your recaps haha.

Haha, with my information being so ACCURATE and all, lol.

Alex babysitting the kids would have brought some nice light hearted moments after the super intense emotional stuff the past couple of episodes. Would have liked to see that!

It would have, but probably been out of place in this episode? Next week looks pretty dramatic too (red herring though, I'm thinking) so hopefully it will lighten up soon!

Actually, they made Yusuf Gatewood (Finncent) a regular and not Daniel Sharman so I'm not sure if Kol will really stick around for longer. It sure doesn't look too good for him. Which sucks because now I finally started to love the character when before I was only interested in the actor (loved him on Teen Wolf) *sigh*

When Oliver told Thea the truth,I was convinced first that it was a dream *lol* It was such a great scene though because it was totally not what I expected but it really showed Thea's growth. In season 1 or even last season she would have reacted completely differently. And ugh,the look on his face when she realises that he is the Arrow. He was fully prepared to lose her in this moment and it was all over his face :/

I also thought at first the scene with Oliver telling her is secret was a dream to lol

I was sure I read that somewhere, but now I can't find anything (about Daniel Sharman becoming a regular). Oh well, we'll see how it goes.

I can see that- that it might have been a dream, because at first, I thought it was just a little too easy, after three years of build up. But I couldn't be happier with how it happened. And you know, she definitely has grown a lot, but I think even last year she would have been this loving. (In s1, as the Vigilante, Oliver's actions were more questionable.)

He was fully prepared to lose her in this moment and it was all over his face :/

I know. STOP MY FUCKING HEART.

I thought the scene between Oliver and Thea was great, I loved seeing Oliver smile with tears in his eyes that his sister loves him and is proud of him no matter what.

I hope you are right that we are on the path to Oliver and Felicity being together finally, I really did not like seeing her so cold towards him this last episode

I didn't think she was particularly cold, it's just that this episode was all business, they didn't really have time to check in with each other on a personal level (though it's very possible that they're giving each other a little space to adjust to what their life is now).

True. Do you think there is still hope for them?

Oh my gosh, yes! To me, everything about this story SCREAMS that Felicity/Oliver are the endgame.
