And I so wish she would write more too (clearly, I had to go and do my own!)- a short story or whatnot, like A Wallflower Christmas. Although I loved Beatrix's story, I was kind of disappointed in the ending, because I felt like the end of the series should feature the whole family around the table or something, babies and all, rather than just the book's couple.

Okay, to clarify, Elizabeth doesn't have a twin, but she has two sisters (she's Poppy and Harry's oldest daughter).
Emmaline is the girl twin of Cat and Leo. Her brother Edward will be more heavily featured in the next part (I'll put it up tomorrow, since you're liking it so much :) Um, I don't think there are any specifically twin scenes. Edward's a little bit different than the other boys, you'll see.
