I feel like I've missed out on a few chapters, though (curse my inattentiveness!), but man, this is fantastic.

I love Kristina's palpable fear, and that of her loved ones - Alexis and Ethan made my heart squeeze in my chest because ugh, it's so excruciating to want to help someone with everything in you, but know you can't do anything, know that you're completely... helpless.

In short: more please. :)
