Lovely to see Ric and Elizabeth in here - only ever saw their stuff on YT, but my goodness they just sparkled together! (Mind you, Rick Hearst is like Vanessa Marcil - complete chemistry magnet. LOVE that man - why GH didn't appreciate him i beyond me!)

I too am choosing to believe Jax and Brenda wind up a family in Rome - they are just so beautiful together :-)

Rick Hearst was really at his best with BH (and vice versa)- he was fabulous with NLG too, but when he had first started on the show, he had this intensity in his performance, and I think he had grown a bit weary of TIIC's games by the time they got to the Alexis pairing.

Seriously, so well told, right? And that *really* was the whole canvas. I remember the day *after* he died, pretty much the entire show was the rest of the town finding out. Most of the keyplayers in the Stone story (Robin, Sonny, Brenda, Mac) had the day off and it was just Luke getting off the phone, telling Lucky, Lucy and Kevin, etc.

Oh man, Jackie and Hyde. ♥ Oh, I loved them so. They were endgame for me from really early on, and I'm just choosing to believe that they're happy together somewhere.

And Becky/Luke, Oh. So sweet.

I think just about everyone believes that Jackie and Hyde ended up together. That whole last season was such a disaster. Jackie and Fez? Just so wrong in so many ways.

They still loved each other. I love that gif of that scene too! So pretty. :)

Seriously, I have always been dying to know the backstage politics of that particular decision.

I know! I really think they felt like they had to put somebody in a relationship. Especially since Donna and Eric didn't end up together. I think pushing her back with Hyde that fast would have seemed forced (although I would have loved for it to happen). I'm not much of a season eight fan anyway but they progressed from not speaking to being civil and sometimes friendly with each other. And in the episode where Kelso proposes to Jackie, I think its obvious that Hyde still cared about her when he was giving Kelos the advice that if he didn't follow through on proposing he would lose her forever. I mean, for most of season eight Jackie was doing fine on her own and then in the last few episodes "boom" she likes Fez. But at least the stripper got kicked to the curb!If anybody had walked into that basement and Sam was seated on Hyde's lap...*shudder*

And that was a long reply....lol but they are like seriously my otp and I feel really strongly about them.

Love reading these. What a fun meme! I now have a few things to put on my list of "Things to Watch." Still haven't watched "My So-Called Life." (I know...I know.) And now I want to watch the 2003 version of "Peter Pan."

Totally remember the Ric/Elizabeth. And you are right, she was a different person/character back then.

Becky/Luke!!! Oh, those two. I will always love how this show managed to bring on a second generation of characters that you loved just as much as the first. So many shows are scared to do that but FNL just did it wonderfully. And, yes, I would LOVE it if a guy said that to me. *sigh*

So, the Jack/Elizabeth made me smile because I actually just saw the 4th Pirates. (I was a little nervous etc...but I have thoughts and will post them at my journal.) Those two...yeah, what you said. ;)

That is why you should use notepad or gdocs (with smart quotes turned off) to write posts!

Notepad! There is an idea that never occurred to me...I don't know why...

But I am kind of against Google Docs. I don't really use them for anything, unless I'm writing with someone else.
