I've found a new fandom which I was totally not expecting. Found myself watching ABC Fam's "10 Things I Hate About You" and kind of fell in love with their Katrick. Just what I needed...lol.

Also, yes, GH does suck and anything good never lasts and this is why you all should have listened to me and not started watching again.

Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer (the stars of the show) are engaged and so super adorable and in love in real life, I just keep youtubing interviews of them together. They are really making me smile.

Lol, not much. Joe and Demi are the cutest to ever cute. Every time I think they've topped out, there are new pictures and I die all over again. I've mostly been geeking out about Doctor Who of late, I need to reinvest myself in Disney so I can write my big bang fic.

I heard about that! I've been tempted to try True Blood, but I am so sick of vampires. So very sick of them. But cute lead actors are always appreciated, it was one of the hooks for me and DW. ;)

I will tell you, if you were to start watching this, once you get into the plotty part, you're going to be going, Wait a minute...Because there are so many elements that are JUST like Twilight. (There's vampires, obviously. One of the leads is telepathic. Um...other stuff.) I did a little wiki-ing, and saw that the first SS novel came out in 2001- 4 years before SMeyer. It made me kind of mad, irrationally, that SMeyer is credited with the whole vampire craze. (Not that Charlaine Harris is doing so bad, herself.) Either way, I really like this vamp mythology. And I like the way it sounds when the vampires fang out- sort of like knives being unsheathed.

Welcome to the True Blood Craze/Southern Vampire Mystery Novels! True Blood is amazing and the books are fantastic. The awesome thing about both series it that they can stand alone yet they intermingle perfectly (you'll see what I mean when you've read more of the books and watch season 2). By the way, you say you love Vampire Bill...that may change by the time you get to book #3 and watch season 2. (I'm going to turn a blind eye to your comment about Eric's Kermit the Frog voice, haha. I'm 100% Team Eric and Alexander Skarsgard. YUM.) I can't wait for you to share more of your thoughts on the show and books! I've watched every episode and I've read all 9 books. I'm addicted. Book 10 is coming out next month! YAY!!!

I know! It was such a tease to watch the whole first season in basically two sittings, now I have to wait patiently for a week or so for my brother to get all the s2 eps downloaded.

You know, I have to say that I'm kind of surprised that I'm so...put off by Eric. I am usually so NOT into the first couple of a show (the one you see in the first ten minutes and told that they are Meant To Be). So my intense love for Bill/Sookie is kind of strange, even to me :) (Maybe it's because I love the way Stephen looks at Anna, he is so in love with her, it's not even funny. *g*)
