I don't actually ship England/Canada, but since I tend to derive my Hetalia!canon more from IRL than Hetalia itself - yeah, I definitely see England giving Matt some lovin'. And your icon is so sweet. I may actually have to try writing some Arthur/Matt if I can find a good prompt, but I want to write me some FraIta first.

I ship them, but often I see them more as a brotherly/family bond. And Arthur's relationship with Mattie in Hetalia!canon isn't quite that bad. XD He does notice him (he's the only one who felt he was missing during the meetings) and doesn't always forget (though he does it often XD). XD
