There's one logistic error with the wedding rings clanking: if they both wear them on the left hand, as is custom, to clasp left hands they would have to cross their own bodies with their arms (imagine shaking hands; usually you grasp right hands). At this point they are facing each other. If this is what happens, you should specify that.

And the quotes are from "A City With No People" from Chobits. I'm far, far too familiar with CLAMP.

As I'm sure you've been told many times, the quotes from A City With No People (a fictional picturebook in the fictional sort-of-picturebook, Chobits) were quite amazing and appreciated. Haven't actually finished the whole thing yet. Just thought you should know my heart leapt when I read that; Chobits AND A City With No People (because just saying Chobits wasn't enough, since that's special on it's own) are very close to my heart. They mark the beginning of my anime and manga obsession, and they touched me deeply when I read them.
