Title: The Right to Love

Spoilers: Takes place after ep 101 (8x09) after Pepa and Silvia have become engaged. This is a sequel to my previous PepSi fanfic, In Love’s Defense. My fic follows LHDP up to ep 101 but departs from the show at that point - ep 104 never has and never will exist in this version of Pepa and Silvia’s world.

I'm working on another chapter and I hope it'll be out soon. My writing muse has been really good to me lately! Silvia will be well again - it just might take a while!

yay.. it's ok as long as she's going to be fine. didn't like how they let go of the character. found in senseless when i finished season 9. i mean... yeah, pepa gets to kill the el gordo guy, but then, what? waste of talent if you ask me. laura could have done a lot with the right script. oh well, didn't surprise me when the show ended. wasn't the same. with or without silvia i mean.

No worries, I'd never do anything to Silvia like in the actual show! I like my happy endings too much!

Ugh - season 9 was atrocious, horrible, awful in every way shape and form! The only good thing about it was the brief PepSi scene, which I truly don't think would have happened with all the fans begging to have Silvia come back - and seeing Laura Sanchez on screen. But such god awful writing and a waste of everyone's talents! I just go back and watch the PepSi scenes and skip the ending - it's better that way.

lenageek! you did it again! this is a brilliant chapter! thank you! bu.. but.. silvia in cardiac arrest?!? i'm so glad you have a promise of happy ending though.. my heart totally sank reading this chapter.. but it's really awesome! love silvia's flashback on memorable pepsi scenes.. i could picture them all in my head as i read it.. i'm not sure if i have said it but you're such a great writer!

Lol, thanks for your beautiful comment! I got the idea of Silvia's flashbacks from a friend, so I'm grateful to her. Don't worry, Silvia will be fine eventually, but Pepa has to go and majorly kick Trujillo's ass first!

It's okay, I'm greedy to write it, if that makes sense, since I want to see how it turns out on the page after being in my head for so long. As for sleep...well, I was up all night until 6am. It's 4pm here and I'm finally getting going and my poor cat is wondering why the hell I haven't fed her! :D

Yeah, the idea of Silvia wanting to marry Pepa right as she was dying was the scene I'd had in my head forever - hope it came out okay!

Oh, Pepa will do some smacking around to Trujillo!

Thanks! I admit it's lucky that I only kept you waiting a week - the muse has been really good to me, so I'm writing a lot faster than I normally do. But I'll try not to leave you in such a cruel place for a cliffhanger for long! :D
