My Role

I so totally took this from ThunderaTiger, sorry! =) I don't really agree with the "changing friends often" idea presented here, possibly because I had a hard time answering some of these questions. =P I felt that a multitude of options could fit me sometimes, and then sometimes the answer I would give was already listed. =P ( Read more... )

Maybe the "changing friends" isn't what it appears to be. Maybe it's not that you treat friends like trade-in cars. Maybe it's that you change your friends by causing them to be better people. Awww...

Look at me, I ooze cheese!

Hey, cheesiness is pretty awesome! Especially when Thundera's doing it! ;)

Hmm, I definately like your interpretation here! Let's just hope that if this is the case, that I actually am changing them for good and not bad. Hehe. Yea the trade-in-your-friend part didn't seem very complimentary. xD

Oh! And I saw you posted up another LotR fic btw and will be trying to get over there to read it as soon as I can. I got a reminder about it being on Stories of Arda, but was wondering why it wasn't on FF.net too? Was the site crapping out again or something, cause it's kind of notorious for that. =P Just wondering cause SoA can be kind of hard to navigate sometimes.

That's a good point. The description doesn't say if these changes are for the better or not. Perhaps it's a neutral kind of change. Or maybe these friends are changing for the loonier, which can be either good or bad. And sometimes both. :)

No, actually, FFN is not to blame this time. The fault is mine. I would have posted it at FFN, but in a way, it's kind of already there. This is a rewrite of a story that I gave someone years ago as part of a group fic exchange. The group's got a profile on FFN, and the original story was posted there (in all its horrid draft glory). So under FFN rules, I can't duplicate the post and put it under my own profile. And since I don't have access to the group identity and can't change the story over there, I have ( ... )

Hahaha, okay so that does make sense. It's pretty complicated, but it makes sense. ;-) It's sad that you can post up your shiny finished product though cause really it *is* different, but I understand why you can't.

Guess I'll just have to head over to SoA anyway and check it out over there. Lol, I probably sound really lame complaining about where it's posted, I'm just more used to the FF.net format I suppose. Jeez I'm lazy. ;-P

Haha! Why does that not surprise me? xD

That's seriously awesome though! So see? We should really start working on more fiction team-ups then since we're both *so very* creative. ;-) We have no excuse!
