And dad didn't prepose 'till after they had known they were going to get married for about 2 months.

My mom doesn't even remember how my dad proposed to her. I'm like WHAT THE HELL HOW DO YOU *NOT* REMEMBER THAT. She just kind of shrugged and said "it was obviously nothing extravagant."

well...at least it wasn't at Mcdonalds. also they're currently in Virginia for thier anniversary and I called my mom to ask how things were going and all they've done so far is go jogging together....-_- how romantic

My mom wasn't sure my dad actually proposed to her. She had to call his parents and ask...she was like, "Um...did Wayne mention anything to you?"
