Flatmate oggled the half-naked guy mowing our lawns today. She said it was hard to avoid watching his shirtless, tattooed, cut and perky pecs as he worked, seeming she was doing the dishes and making dinner and the kitchen window faces out to the back yard. Or... perhaps she was only working so that she would have a valid excuse to watch him
