I remember singing the "Knickerbocker, knickerbocker number 9" part, but not where. And I don't recall singing that it was a doctor knickerbocker.

Unbelievable. I had completely forgotten about this, and yet as soon as I read the second line I remembered the rhythm of it. It's a clapping game I played when I was a child. Halfway across the world and in a non-English speaking country. But 2/3 of the sounds are identical...
