ohnotheydidnt used to be hilarious but now I think I can only tolerate it in small doses. I can only take so much of bratty 16 year old girls spewing their hate on the universe. When did I turn into such an old lady?
I just look at the pics on ONTD and avoid the comments.
*headpalm* It's a wig! Of course. Now I know why Jim looked so odd.:) The office did have some very funny moments. Last season I would rewatch episodes up to 5 times, I hardly ever do now. I agree it is the missing "best friend with potential " vibe that has changed my degree of fannishness.
Heroes trailer!!! arggghhhhhhhhhhh... So long a wait. *pulls hair*
I should probably do the same (only look at the pictures). The comments are no longer clever.
The worst part of it is once I found out it was a wig, it became the center of every JKras scene. I agree about the "re-watchablity" of this season. I've seen "Christmas Party," "The Injury" and "Conflict Resolution" so many times I've lost count. I don't believe I've re-watched any episodes besides "The Negotiation" this season.
oh my goodness. I just watched the office episode with charging!Roy and oh my. Dwight. But dude. I didn't know Jim was wearing a wig! But I swear - honest to God - I thought there was something weird happening with his hair. And Toby! Oh, Toby. He deserves better. lol.
Helo! I'm halfway through the second season - it's so addicting. Even now, I'm debating whether to watch another episode or do my homework. Stupid, sexy Galactica crew.
And yes, by golly, Toby deserved better. That one line about Michael being a genius if he intentional seating Ryan and Kelly next to him cracked me up. This last episode had some good bits in it too.
half way through season two! Perhaps further now. It IS addicting. Although perhaps you are far enough for me to make two points: One, omg, I love Hello Kitty (better known, perhaps, as one Karl 'Helo' Agathon). And two, dude. Okay, so a friend and I have been charting the course of relationships and in season two it began to become apparent that there is very little happy-coupleness. With v. few exceptions, all the sex and love and everything is between people who either cannot get together or SHOULDN'T be getting together. The people who ARE together? They are either unhappy or evil or something.
So yeah, I wound up watching more episodes and leaving my HW to the last minute. I blame Billy Keikeya's rosy cheeks. What woman can resist The Rosy?
Are you telling me Starbuck and Apollo have yet to find relationship bliss?! Those crazy kids. Though I don't ship Lee/Kara (yet), I have been rooting for Bill Adama and Roslin since the miniseries but they don't seem so likely the way the season is going.
On a slightly related topic, do you ever find yourself uttering the word "frack" randomly? [/obsessed ramblings about BSG]

I think the writers are anti-happy coupleness.
