Ok, past-preggos, I need your help. I have no energy since we got back from NY. While I could blame it on the sudden lack of really good pizza, it isn't true. I thought it was just the third trimester tired sneaking up on me, but this is unreal. Sadly, the borderline narcolepsy was one of the first things to go when I started anti-depressants. I hope that's not the case for you.

Does remind me of iron deficiency. For quick perks, I'd have a heavy protein meal and a little sugar with it (say steak and eggs and then have a glass of juice or something), it'd give me the instant perk plus longer term energy.

Also started on B vitamins and calcium/magnesium for longer term help.

LOL... I dont' have nearly as healthy a recomendation, when I was pregnant with #2...I was doing a heavily caffienated drink daily to get me through the 2nd half of the day at work. I ate protien and vegetables every day but was trying to stay away from sugars so caffiene was pretty much the only way to go. LOL

What Heather said. I like drinking EmergenC in the afternoon because it has a lot of Vit B, gives me a bit of a boost and helps my headaches.

My first thought, as I read your first paragraph, was anemia. I would definitely up the iron intake if you can.
