Pacing at the vets office

Got home today, got Bandersnatch out to do her nails.. And she was holding her head at kind of an odd angle licking the ferrettone.. So I stopped and put her on the bed- she definitely cant hold her head straight or walk.

My poor 7yo blind frumious one! Im half fearing and half hoping its insulinoma. Half hoping bc as bad

Thanks! Just updated - it's a pretty bad ear infection, but just an ear infection nonetheless so I am quite relieved.
