But yes, I'm alive and well, survived the Nullabor and have been to the Nullar or 10 camping site. Fantastic place.

I can hardly understand what hippies have to do with the lack of stock of iPhones. Unless you meant the hippie comment to be a separate clause, in which case you should have created a new paragraph. Or are you speculating the hippies have stolen the iPhones?

I am glad you have survived the Nullabor. I am told it is a dangerous place. I trust that you have remembered to wash your face and clean your ears?
