Where: From the stairs to the WLs' office to a closet. A closet!
What: Laelle finds R'en after he gets some very bad news. For a while, they talk, really talk, and it is very good. But because it is Laelle and Jen, it all falls apart in the end.

I really like the way Laelle sets expectations for R'en and then demands that he meet them. I think that might just be a good thing for Jen.

I love learning just what it is that scares R'en about Derek. Roa has no idea. Nooo idea. I really don't know what she'd think if she learned of it.

I love, too, the final pose, and getting to watch the way Laelle resettles her mask.
