Good Lord! I actually thought that was real! That is the most fantastic thing I've ever seen in my life! Tell you what, if I ever get rich and buy a house, I'm buying your way over here to paint a mural on it, I swear to God!

As for the eggplants, you can always make eggplant parmesan, or cut them into slices, bread them like you would chicken and fry them. And melt some cheese on top. Yummy! Grilled eggplant is good, too, if you marinade them beforehand in baslamic or some store bought marinade in a bottle.

I've seen lots of spellings for "Pawtowski".

My maternal grandmother made a great eggplant parmesan, the recipie may be floating around someplace.
