I love how a riff, or simple melody, or few notes of a song can remind you of little things; A feeling you had at some place, the look you saw in someones eyes once, The taste of someones skin/lips, the smell of their hair, the taste of some food, little shit like that.

I know exactly what you are talking about. So many of my memories are tied to a song or a moment in a song...13 years later, every time I hear it, I still smile!
