Firstly - YAY you for being a TA. I don't believe it for a second that you were chosen because the dept. was in dire straits. They just know how amazing you are - just like I do.

Eep, they just told me that the other TA would be one of the teachers from my department, which is kinda O_o because I will be on equal terms with her in this course, but in another she will be grading me. Eepness!
