great, torture over death? shit, I'd rather be shot than thrown to the bottom of the ocean. I love this confrontation. Prime has a hard effing job but Mikaela I think holds moral superiority here. if they're worried about the Con's causin' some shit, imprison em, but NOT in a tortuous situation like the freaken bottom of the ocean! jeeeeeez!

War has a way to play with morality. And I'm not saying that I think Prime is right, but what was he supposed to do? At the time that happened he didn't even had a place for him and his men. Where was he supposed to keep the Cons?

He could've killed him, but somehow the thought of Prime killing (or ordering to kill)a Decepticon just because there's nowhere to put him seems Ooc to me. Specially when they couldn't fight back anymore. And I can't see him trusting the humans to keep them contained after his experience with Sector 7, which is a moot point because Megatron destroyed the place when he got out. So down to the trench they went.

It was an easy, affordable solution and he could concentrate with dealing with the government, getting a place for a base and anything else needed to keep his men safe... And I probably bored you with all this nonsense... sorry.

no, that makes sense. I just hope that when things 'settle', as much as they can in a situation like that, he'll at least get them OUT of there. cause eeeehiy that's nasty.

Sensorty deprivation can make humansd go mad-what mught it do to Megatron and co: (and don't compate the freezing in the Arctic to this, because IMHO the freezing would have rendered Megatron almost, like, unconscoius, and even if not, light would have filtered through.) And if that gives you a bunnym, feel free to adopt it,the seeies and ideas are yours, I have too many already.

*grins* Problem with bunnies, be they plot or real, is that they tend to make more of themselves LOL. My current bunny-count goes like this:

In progress bunnies: 11
Waiting-to-be-started bunnies:16
Completed bunnies: 18
Total bunnies: 44

And you can bet that the "Waiting-to-be-started bunnies" will have multiplied by the end of the week.

I couldn't resist. This idea has been going through my head ever since I first read this mounts ago. What if the All-Spark partially wiped Megatrons memory when he went chasing after it on Earth. What if after he was discovered he accidentally got free and took on watching the Witwikety family as a means of repaying them. He could be Sam's adopted father after his real one ran away or dies. Imagine if he had been kidnapped a few years before the movie. Imagine the battle of Mission city if the threat of grounding was heard over the battlefield because Sam put himself in such a dangerous place. How do you thin that would work.

OMG! I laughed so hard imagining Megatron threatening Sam to ground him. I love this idea so much, you have no idea. I think I might steal it and try to do it justice. Unless you're already planning to write it, cause then I only demand a link to read it. XP
